KEY DOCUMENTS
15,472 documents — the highest document count of any CARVER target. Court filings, FBI reports, victim testimony, media coverage.
VICTIM TESTIMONY
- HO_011304
Virginia L. Giuffre v. Ghislaine Maxwell — United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Core civil case establishing Andrew's involvement.
- HO_015529
Jeffrey Epstein 'sex slave' Virginia Roberts testimony. Former friends describe recruitment patterns. Court-filed depositions from Palm Beach investigation.
MEDIA / INTELLIGENCE TRACKING
- EFTA00010384Nov 20, 2019
"We've been asked and will decline about the statement released by Andrew" — Royal Communications. Internal strategy on the BBC Newsnight interview aftermath.
- EFTA00009823Mar 11, 2020
Prince Harry comments on Andrew-Epstein friendship in prank call. "Nothing that I recall even comes close. A really important WSJ or Times article averages about $250-500k."
Andrew references appear across all Epstein email compartments because he was discussed by everyone in the network — not just emailed directly. His name appears in: victim depositions, FBI case files, media monitoring, scheduling, and staff communications.
The 15,472 document count reflects Andrew's centrality to the legal proceedings rather than direct email correspondence. He was the highest-profile target of victim lawsuits.
THE PHOTOGRAPH
The single most consequential image in the Epstein case.
ANDREW, GIUFFRE, AND MAXWELL
The photograph of Prince Andrew with his arm around Virginia Giuffre (then 17), with Ghislaine Maxwell smiling in the background, was taken at Maxwell's London townhouse. Andrew claimed he had "no recollection of ever meeting this lady" and suggested the photo was fabricated. He later settled for a reported £12 million. On February 19, 2026, he became the first British royal arrested in 379 years.
ANALYTICAL FINDINGS
1. VOLUME DOMINANCE
15,472 documents — more than any other CARVER target, including Gates (6,743) and Clinton (6,741). This reflects Andrew's unique position: he was simultaneously a subject of criminal investigation, a defendant in civil litigation, and a media crisis management target. Three document streams converging on one node.
2. THE PIZZA EXPRESS DEFENSE
In his November 2019 BBC Newsnight interview, Andrew claimed he was at a Pizza Express in Woking on the night Giuffre alleged abuse. This defense generated thousands of additional documents — media coverage, legal filings challenging the claim, and internal communications about damage control.
3. CARVER VALIDATION
CARVER Score: 30/30 (CRITICAL). Scored highest on Recognizability (5/5) and Effect (5/5) — a British royal's arrest would have maximum downstream impact on the network. The prediction held. Arrested February 19, 2026. MEDUSA turned him to stone.
