This is a tool for the poors. Built by a Lehman Brothers survivor who watched the system protect itself.
I'm Patrick Duggan. I worked at Lehman Brothers in fixed income derivatives. I watched an $800 billion bank disappear overnight while the people who caused it walked away with their bonuses. I built this because the public record should be searchable by the public.
The DOJ released these documents. They're public record. But they released them as 400,000+ individual PDFs scattered across 12 datasets on justice.gov — effectively unsearchable for anyone without institutional resources. That's not transparency. That's a filing cabinet dropped from a helicopter.
So we indexed them. All of them. Every page, every name, every EFTA number. And we cross-referenced them with 1.7 million ICIJ offshore entities. Because when you're investigating financial crime, the Epstein files and the Panama Papers are chapters in the same book.
